Returns Policy

Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted for change of mind, only faulty or the incorrectly shipped items will be refunded. We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.  However, it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you, as such if the products are not damaged/faulty there will be no refunds given.

Any faulty or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded. These items must be reported within 2 business days following delivery. Please email us here to report a faulty or incorrectly shipped item. If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, your money will be processed for refunded to the relevant Credit Card within 3 business days.

Returned items must be received in their original condition - unused, unopened and in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to reject your return if it appears to be opened or used.

Please note, postage must be paid for by yourself for the returned item and the cost will be refunded to the relevant credit card.

Shipping

$10 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $75.

FREE SHIPPING on order over $75

We use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take 3 to 10 business days. Longer over the Christmas holiday period. 

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.

Don't worry if do not see the parcel number immediately, it can take up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the Australia Post system.

Check that you supply the CORRECT address, we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post.

Loss, Damage & Delivery Disputes

If your tracking does not show as delivered within the recommended timeframe, please contact us and we will launch an inquiry on your behalf with the Shipping Carrier.

All our parcels are shipped with no signature on delivery and if delivery shows as successful, The Little Bit Co. and the Shipping Carrier are removed of all responsibility.
