Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita)
Actions and indications: Traditionally used as an antibacterial, antiseptic (GIT), cooling, and carminative herb. Peppermint helps relieve spasms in the muscles, reduces the feelings of nausea and may relieve/prevent vomiting. Indicated for use
for colds, intestinal colic, indigestion, flatulent dyspepsia, nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, and irritable bowel syndrome.

Lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora)
Actions and indications: Traditionally used for the common cold, influenza, bronchitis, indigestion and other irritable GIT disorders.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)
Actions and indications: Traditionally used in respiratory conditions and gastrointestinal infections. Also used to calm the nervous and musculoskeletal systems.

Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Actions and indications: Traditionally used as an adaptogen and adrenal restorative. Licorice is anti-inflammatory, a urinary antiseptic, antispasmodic, helps soothe coughs, prevents the formation of ulcers in the GIT, antiviral, demulcent, and expectorant, laxative and oestrogenic. This herb is also good for sugar cravings and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Indicated for use in endocrine disorders, respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis and cough, skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis and acne, gastrointestinal disorders including gastritis, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome and constipation.

Pineapple (Ananas comosus)
Actions: Traditionally used as an anti inflammatory, antioxidant, nutritive indicated for inflammatory conditions of the heart, eye, immunity and musculoskeletal system.
Steep 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water for 3-5 minutes to liberate flavour, aroma and therapy for a perfect cup of herbal tea.
Enjoy as an iced tea: Steep 2 teaspoons for 3-5 minutes in a cup of boiling water. Place in fridge overnight to draw best flavour. Serve with citrus and fruit slices on ice and extra cold water.
