FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

We will send out an email to update you once the product(s) have been despatched. We are unable to control the delivery process once the product has been despatched as Australia Post takes over at that stage.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on a Monday morning. Please note that this is not always possible during the lead up to holiday periods, but you will be kept up to date via email on the process of your order.

Delivery Time

We use Australia Post e-parcel service, as such orders are generally delivered between 2 and 10 business days after being dispatched.

Please note that the timeframe for delivery is only an estimate and we do not have any control over the delivery schedule once the product is despatched. 

If you wish to track your product, please use the eParcel tracker or call Australia Post at 13 76 78.

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless faulty or the incorrect item is shipped to you.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST.

Payments

You can pay for your Little Bit Co. purchases using all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and AMEX.

All credit card transactions are secured through Stripe.

Privacy

What about my privacy?

We do not keep any information in relation to your credit card details. All payments are made securely via Stripe which ensures that your payment details remain private. When you make a purchase from our store, you will be asked to provide personal details that include your name, email, address and contact number.  This information will be used to correctly process your order, to ensure that it is shipped to the correct location, to keep you updated on your orders. At no time will this information be shared with other parties. From time to time your details may be used to notify you of any new releases, information or specials.. You will have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe from our store at any time. Subscribing will allow you to receive updates and news about the latest additions to The Little Bit Co.
